Lagos
Lagos is Nigeria’s economic hub and a key focus for our work in migration reintegration, youth employability, and livelihood development. We partner with government, NGOs, and private sector actors to create sustainable opportunities that foster self-reliance and social cohesion.

Kenya
As East Africa’s trade and humanitarian hub, Kenya is central to our efforts in climate resilience, cross-border migration support, and women’s economic empowerment. We promote climate-smart agriculture and inclusive market access for long-term community stability.
Goal
To support regional collaboration on humanitarian response, climate resilience, and sustainable economic growth, with a focus on agriculture and cross-border trade.

Context
Kenya’s position as a strategic hub in East Africa makes it a key player in the region’s economic and humanitarian landscape. Its rich agricultural resources and vibrant trade networks are balanced by challenges such as climate change, food insecurity, and migration flows from neighbouring countries.
Approach
We collaborate with local communities, development agencies, and international partners to promote climate-smart agriculture, enhance community resilience, and improve access to skills and market opportunities. Our cross-border programmes aim to foster economic stability while building inclusive systems for migration management.
Priority
Climate-smart agriculture, women’s economic empowerment, rural livelihoods, and cross-border migration support to strengthen resilience and promote equitable growth.

Calabar
In Calabar, we focus on green economy growth, rural enterprise support, and biodiversity conservation. Our initiatives link environmental sustainability with economic empowerment, ensuring communities thrive while preserving natural resources.

Goal
To advance environmental sustainability, expand green economy opportunities, and improve rural livelihoods while preserving biodiversity.
Context
Calabar, in Cross River State, is a gateway to Nigeria’s natural treasures, from rainforests to eco-tourism sites. The region is rich in biodiversity but faces pressing issues such as deforestation, environmental degradation, and rural poverty. Its rural communities often lack access to sustainable income opportunities and modern market linkages.
Approach
We work closely with state agencies, conservation groups, and community leaders to create eco-friendly livelihood options, support small-scale enterprise development, and promote environmental stewardship. Our programmes combine skills training, conservation practices, and enterprise support to ensure that communities can thrive while protecting their environment.
Priority
Green economy development, biodiversity conservation, rural enterprise support, and climate resilience initiatives that ensure long-term environmental and economic sustainability.
